No Refund / Return Policy 

At Stickerfreaks.com, all stickers and labels are custom-made to your specifications. We do not accept refunds, returns, or exchanges for custom-made items. Please review your artwork, dimensions, quantities, and finishes carefully before placing your order.

Damages & Issues

If your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect (e.g., wrong item, significant manufacturing error, or a verified print defect), contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can evaluate and make it right. Email sales@stickerfreaks.com with:

  • Order number

  • Photos showing the issue

  • A brief description of the problem

Note: Minor color variation can occur between screens and printed materials and is not considered a defect. Sizes and finishes are shown prior to checkout; orders placed with incorrect size/finish selections are not eligible for return or refund.

Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Exchanges

Because products are custom-made, we do not offer exchanges. If we confirm a manufacturing error, we will remake/replace the affected items.

European Union Customers

The EU’s 14-day “cooling-off” right does not apply to custom-made goods. As our products are customized, this right is waived.
